Cumberland is the GOAT

I just opened my second Cumberland Float Tube. I fished in my first Cumberland for 10 years and finally wore the Boston Valve out! I have over 3000 hours of use and 40 plus lakes in this Tube. I have a Fish Cat that I never use anymore. Love, Love, Love this float tube and would recommend it hands down compared to other tubes out there. Durable, Dependable, Light Weight and High Quality. Cumberland is the GOAT!

Love my Cumberland float tube. With extended use, however, seams in the left bladder begin to seep air. It's a shame that this tube has been discontinued because it's the most popular mid-price tube on the market...based on how many I see in use.

Q: How suitable is this craft as a fishing vessel for a 70-year old man, for stream and river fishing---and for getting it to and from these streams?

A: The Tube is fairly easy to get in and out of, but the user will need to have pretty good mobility and balance. The tube is deal for stream and small river fishing. The Tube also includes back pack straps so the user can wear in on their back when transporting it to and from the water.

Q: can this thing really sail in the sea? or just in swimming pool? My house is close to the beach. And I want to place a carb trap in my front of water. Can this thing really take a 170lb adult back and forth for a distance of about 30 meters in the ocean?
