It is unpractical and does not seem very durable. it does not have handles which very necessary when moving a pot this size. It also started peeling after the first use.

not tall enough to fit 1L mason jar; slots in tray too large 500ml jars keep falling over during bathing so very frustrated as 1 jar broke & an entire jar of salsa wasted

Ordered this online for pick up at store. It is Enormous--much too large for home use. Also, it has no handles, so would be impossible to move safely if even half-filled with water.

500 ml or smaller canning

This canner is excellent on the propane stove for canning 500 ml or 250 ml. It doesn't have enough room to safely can 1 litres. It's also great for bulk cooking, like the 20 lbs of beets you are going to can in 1 L in a bigger canner.

A: Test with a magnet. If the magnet doesn’t stick, it won’t work. If it does, it will work on an induction stove.

A: We have a new glass top Whirlpool stove and it works fine. The canner is bit large and likely pushes the glass top weight limit but so far, so good.
