A real bakers dream!

I have had this machine for at least 7 years. I purchased it never expecting it to last this long. I am a chef who has
used it for commercial baking and have never been let down. I've made 1000's of cookies, cinnamon buns, muffins, and wedding cakes for fund raisers. it makes amazing buttercream icing and light fluffy pizza doughs. My momey was well spent and I'm in the process of purchasing another one for a second kitchen.
Well done Cuisinart your 800 watt motor does it all without hesitation. I look forward to adding the new one for further great service. Thank you!

Bel appareil sur mon comptoir !

J'ai acheté ce produit lorsqu'il était en solde...
Je suis très satisfait malgré quelques petites améliorations qui pourraient être apportées sur le produit. Je fais souvent des pâtes avec l'outil et j'ai l'impression que l'appareil va briser tellement il semble forcer pour pétrir la pâte. De plus, j'aurais aimé avoir plus d'outils complémentaires au produit comme un rouleau mécanique pour faire des pâtes à lasagne. Fonctionne très bien pour le reste, minuterie et vitesse exactes. Appareil assez lourd donc évitez de le déplacer sans cesse. De plus, le bras mélangeur ne touche pas le fond donc lorsque je cuisine, il faut déloger ce qui est au fond pour un mélange parfaitement homogène.
Malgré la vie dure que je lui fait subir, il est encore en vie depuis plus de 2 ans.
Je rachèterais le produit s'il y avait plus d'accessoires disponibles comme un autre fabriquant dont je ne nommerai pas le nom.

Love my Cuisinart

I am in love with my Cuisinart Stand Mixer. I simply don't know what I will ever do if and when it eventually dies...yes I do...buy another one. It has a powerful motor which leads me to the only draw back I can think of...it's louder than most stand mixers but again, that's because it has a powerful motor.

I wanted this for a long time and got it as a gift. I LOVE IT. It works wonderfully in all my baking needs. Easy to clean . I bought the blender and the food processor. They work ok but the food processor broke after a little while. So i would not recommend that one. But everything else is great.....

Je l'utilise principalement pour faire des pains de toute sorte et des pâtes à gâteau, mais aussi de temps en temps pour les pains de viandes et autres préparations "lourdes" à mélanger. Il est infatigable.

A: Whisk, paddle and dough hook are all made of metal, from the shaft to the end, with the exception of a plastic shield on the hook to keep the dough down.

Q: Anyone else find this machine very noisy? I have the 7 ltr 1000 watt model.I have had it for one week.I just made the basic dough from the recipe book and this mixer was so noisy and having a hard time/laboring.Did I get a lemon or are they all like this? I plan on returning it tomorrow!

Q: Pouvez me dire si les blancs d'oeuf en neige se font facilement? Dans la revue Protéger-vous il est mentionne que cet appareil n'est pas bon pour battre les oeufs en neige.

A: C'est plutôt long à faire avec le type de fouet fourni puisqu'il y a peu d'air qui pénètre dans le mélange. Un peu de patience et le tour et joué... De plus, il faut 2 blancs d'oeuf au minimum pour que ça fonctionne. Le fouet ne touche pas le fond du mélangeur en acier.
