Tap Removal

Bought the tap installed it. Turned the water on and had NO pressure! Checked the aerator for blockage it was clean. Read instructions to remove the handle, to clean the cartridge but can not remove the set screw! Tried all allen keys, philips bits, but can not remove it!! Anyone know the correct tip to use????Thank you.

Q: What is the manufacturers product number for this? I need either a new Faucet head or the plastic ring inside the head. It is a twist head and the plastic ring inside the head is cracked so it wont twist... Obtaining assistance in replacing the parts

Q: Why is the spring retraction system is not working? The Plumber removed the spring clip like you are supposed to once installed. The spring runs the full length of the hose but I have to feed the black hose back into the faucet manually. It's like the spring isn't strong enough.

A: The spring kit comes with 2 pieces of clips: one is plastic white ring, and the other is metal. You remove only the metal and leave the white plastic at the top of the spring The metal clip will be used on the other end of the spring. You need to pull the spring away from its adaptor about 12" and insert the metal clip on the spring to compact it more. Then it will retract the spray head properly. If you need more help, please call technical support team.

A: Hello and thank you for your question. The handle can be removed by using the 19MM allen key that was supplied with the faucet. Part # A031000NI The allen screw is located at the bottom of the handle and is hidden under a small cap
