After considerable debate, my husband and I decided to purchase this Cuisinart pull down faucet to replace the existing pull down faucet which we had. Upon reading the reviews, my husband decided to add additional weight (from the previous faucet) to help with the retraction of the sprayer hose...this worked perfectly! Looks and works great. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

After much debate, my husband and I chose this faucet. We love it, the gooseneck is high enough that you can fit just about anything you may want to underneath. The finish is beautiful, and the look is perfect for our kitchen. I have to say, the sprayer does need help to retract, and doesn't always snap into place on the first try, but that's fine, you don't want to be fighting the hose anyway. The kit did not contain the o-rings we needed, so we did have to make a second trip, the box was open in the store though.

Looks beautiful in our kitchen--fits in perfectly in our little 1940s rancher. Works fantastically--only complaint is that the head does not retract very well on it's own, but that's not a dealbreaker.
Another thing to note is that the head does not stay in the "spray" mode on it's own unless the pressure is high enough, and will revert to the "stream" mode once shut off and on again.

Great- after a little fix.

I installed this today after buying on sale.. looks great but I couldn't stop it from leaking! After deciding to return it I thought I'd take a quick look at the cartridge before removing it. Sure enough the cartridge was nearly finger loose!
After a quick tightening, it works great.

A: No you don’t have to hold down the button but once you turn off the faucet it will revert back to stream function.

Q: Can the handle be tightened? When we turn the faucet off in the cold position, the handle slips a little and the the water starts trickling from the faucet. Is there a way to fix this?

A: rubber washer was clooging hot water port in cartridge, store provided great customer service and a replacemnet cartridge. Thansk to GM named Scott.

A: No - please check your valves, open to maximum flow rate and make sure there is no debris in pipes from changing faucet
