Sunken loaves

I bought about 3 weeks ago. All my loaves have been sunken in. Also, very disappointed in 2026 there is not a version with a bread pan that is not non stick with PFAS.

For loaves that sink in the center, we recommend carefully measuring ingredients, ensuring yeast is fresh, using room-temperature ingredients when possible, and verifying that the selected cycle matches the recipe, as excess liquid or too much yeast can cause collapsing during baking. This stopped working after 2 uses. Cuisinart was helpful and said they'd pass it over to their Canadian warranty department. Waiting now to see what's next and when I can get a replacement.
