Some small issues

Some things in the book are confusing where it says you can put the color for the bread, but on the French setting, you cannot also something about taking the paddle out which is confusing. Sometimes the bread is sticking.

My new Cuisinart bread maker works great. Easy to use, lots of recipes and simple and fast to clean. I bought it to make 'clean' bread for the family.

I only just purchased a the breadmaker a few weeks ago and every loaf has turned out wonderful - properly kneaded and proofed - with the perfect texture for sandwiches. I use Golden Whole Wheat Flour and still the bead was light with great chew. I absolutely recommend this breadmaker!
