Shaking of the counter

If you don’t pay attention, it will shake it off your countertop and fall on the ground and break the lid off. The recipes that come with the bread maker the white bread is good. All the other ones are either bricks, undercooked or raw.

Two out of three breads turned out great so far, white & whole wheat came out really good. Tried the oat bread which was a bust. Happy enough so far.

Our Cuisinart Compact Bread maker has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. The fun of making fresh loaves of fresh bread is only surpassed by the enjoyment we receive from the tasty slices either toasted or for making sandwiches.
We have made the white bread and whole wheat and have enjoyed every bite.
There are so many options for other types of bread we look forward to trying.
The machine itself is easy to operate with its intuitive design.

Great Machine!

This is a fantastic bread maker. All the power of the big bulky machines with a smaller footprint. I’m much prefer the square loaf pan of this machine. It creates bread that’s perfect for sandwiches or anything else. I have tried a couple recipes from the booklet so far both have been great.

Q: I desire a real crusty crust. Can this machine produce a high quality crust?

A: It has 3 darkness settings which make it crustier depending on how dark you go. However, I made the French Bread recently and even on the lightest setting it was really nice and crusty. It's a great machine, really love it.
