I was looking on line at bbq because I need a new one and saw this peace of junk I bought this one 1.5 years ago and it is now rust and junk and I kept it covered.

J'ai acheté ce BBQ il y a 14 jours et le cadran de temperature ainsi que le couvercle sont brisé et bossé. J'ai contacté Cuisinart et aucun rappeler malgré de multiple courriel de ma part. Et deplus il mentionne que le produit n'a plus de garantie de défaut de fabrication apres 30 jours et j'en suis a 23 jours et pas moyens de les rejoindre et ma succursale Canadian Tire ne peut rien faire selon leurs dire

Buy something else that will last long term

Bought similar model just a few years ago and the burners and diffusion plates are all rusted out now. Replacement is half the cost of a new one. The main box and cover are fine but back and drip tray had to be repaired with new sheet metal after severe rusting. I leaned my lesson and will be buying a Weber or other model that, while more expensive, will last and have a company stand behind their product.

Over priced, poor material quality

I purchased this model on the August long weekend. During assembly I noticed the materials weren't too thick and seemed a bit cheap for the price of the bbq. After grilling up some meat I cleaned the beautiful steel finish, and the scouring side of the sponge left swirl marks on some of the surfaces. Plastic shouldn't scratch steel. Fast forward two weeks. I removed the BBQ cover that was protecting the unit, and there were tiny rust marks all over the lid! If that's after two weeks, I knew it wouldn't last a year. The store I purchased it from took it back no problem (great customer service from the Orangeville CT). So I cleaned out the grill, took it apart and returned it. Spent the extra $$$ on a Vermont Castings and it feels and looks like a solid bbq. Fingers crossed on this new bbq brand!

A: No this bbq is not convertible. It is available in two separate units, either propane or natural gas ready.
