These freeze completely solid, unlike pliable gel packs, making them impossible to mold into tight spaces and wasting valuable cooler capacity.

As described, ice pak, hot pak. Reasonable price. It is a bit larger than a typical person's hand. If you want something that is hand size maybe look for something a bit smaller. If you want something that covers a larger area, this is your ice/hot pak.
