Le saumon est très bon sur cette planche

Je vous conseil de huiler la planche avec de l'huile d'olive (juste un filet) et déposer vos saumon sur le coté peau (écaille). Ajouter une petite sauce a base de Whisky Canadien, sirop d'erable, moutarde de dijon, ail (ajouter un peu de citron au goût). Ajouter les filets une fois que la planche commence a fumer. Pour ca je vous conseil d'atteindre 500F. Une fois que la planche fume, ajouter vos filet de saumon et faire cuire jusqu'à ce que votre saumon soit bien cuit. Ajouter de temps a autre un peu de sauce au whisky/érable. Il se peut que la planche parte un peu en feu, surveiller votre cuisson et ajouter de l'eau a ce moment avec un spray. On indique que la planche est bonne pour 3 a 4 cuisson. J'en doute fort. Je pe se que 3 c'est vraiment le max. C'est un tres bon achat.
