J'ai acheté 2 de ces moules hier et j'ai déjà fait 4 génoises. J'en suis plus que satisfaite: démoulage hyper facile en utilisant la technique du chemisage (pas besoin de passer un couteau sur le bord, vous renversez le gâteau sur la grille et hop, c'est fait.
Et la cuisson est parfaite.
Quand une recette dit que le temps de cuisson est X, eh bien à X temps, c'est cuit.
