Excellent scooter, easy to learn to ride

We’ve had this for several years now and it has held up well to our kid (now nine). Everyone comments on the light up wheels! Very easy to learn bc it has 3 wheels, no need to balance it. Easy to change to the skis but they are best on compacted snow not fresh powder. I’ve even ridden it (I’m a small adult, just under the weight limit)! One spring broke after several years, the company sent us new ones free!

Q: I purchased this crossover tri scooter with skis at a Goodwill store. It's in excellent condition. I want to take the handlebars off so I can ship it to my grandson but I don't know how they come off. Please help.

A: The T of the handle is welded and cannot be taken apart. 8” down from the handle top where the silver shaft fits in the black upright is a clamp which you can loosen to remove the T part of the handle for transporting.

Q: i bought a Crossover Tri Scooter back in march... and it a spring at the bottom broke. a spring that holds the wheels center and ur shift back in forth. extension spring maybe? there is no info on the box to contact in for parts. how do i fix this?
