Realistic Looking Rifle

I looked at the specs on the Canadian Tire website and very nearly passed on looking at this rifle in person due to the weight listed. The listed weight is WRONG. The rifle only weighs 3lbs 9oz (1.62Kg).
Also, the barrel length on the website is WRONG. The actual barrel length is 16.75 inches (86.4 cm).
Earlier when I read the reviews for this rifle many said that they were using it for pest shooting. Just for your information, in Ontario, Canada, it is ILLEGAL to use this max 495fps (151mps) velocity rifle for hunting anything.
Pumping this rifle is done by pulling down on the rear of the forend/handguard and then closing it. It takes a fair bit of force to close it when getting close to the ten pumps maximum. Over pumping can damage the rifle and will not increase velocity. Three pumps is the recommended minimum in order for the BB or pellet to be able to clear the barrel.
This rifle closely resembles a real rifle so be very careful where you use it.
I bought it and am happy with it.

A: No you don't need Crosman silicone chamber oil for this airgun; Crosman pellgun oil is recommended for pump guns & Co2 guns. You only use the silicone chamber oil for break action airguns & only a few drops in chamber output port.

A: The magazine only holds 5 pellets, it takes as many as ten pumps per shot. Not sure of how many bbs it can hold.
