Rope broke in half

I sighted in my new barnett 425 hyperghost, awsome rig love it, took 4 shots but then went to cock it and the rope snaped in half and the plastic parts shattered and when flying hitting my father in laws mouth who was standing off to the side. Could have really hurt someone. I hope barnett takes care of this and dosnt leave me high and dry

This rope cocking device is without a doubt a necessity when it comes to shooting a crossbow. Not only does it make it easier to cock, it increases accuracy. No brainer to have with a crossbow.
