I should have read the reviews before buying but it’s “Crockpot” so it is the “best”???. Unfortunately , not with this one. Confusing as to which is High and Low and no indication in instruction manual either. However the worst part is , it is not a Slow cooker even on Low! I bought the 8 quart so I could cook large batches and always had it 3/4 full and enough liquid but results were overdone, tough and burnt on bottom. Very disappointed! Comments from Company are that new crockpots heat at higher temperature…why modify what worked for years? Heating at higher temperature results in cooking quicker, so not a Slow cooker. A great product now ruined.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Upon using my second Crock-Pot for the third time, just like my first Crock-Pot, the ceramic liner cracked. While I was of the impression the Crock-Pot brand was the very best, after the high prices paid and the same results after third time using on both occasions, I believe there is a flaw in the manufacturing. As such, I highly recommend anyone looking for a slow cooker to purchase another brand.

No, I do not recommend this product.
