The Cotton Cordell Big O is a legendary crankbait that has been around forever and just simply catches fish without a sweat. It's known as one of the most copied lures from other fishing manufacturers in fishing history. Everything about the lure is amazing from the action, to the way it looks, to the way it casts and so on. I live in Ontario Canada and go fishing on lake St Clair. I've only been fishing for 2 years now and without a doubt the cotton Cordell Big o has been the best crankbait for me. In waters from 8 - 10 ft deep to other spots on the lake to 15 - 20 ft it's just the best. I've done a lot of shore fishing on lake St. Clair and I caught dozens of smallmouth bass to some walleye, to silver bass, a couple of northern pike here and there on shore believe it or not to even 1 or 2 channel catfish caught accidentally from sizes between 25 - 30 inches! I have about 6 or 7 of them now in different sizes and colors and the best one for me that was and still is is my 3" 1/2 white Big O it's been the one that caught the most. I have all kinds of crankbaits like bomber model a crankbaits, X calibur crankbaits, rapala crankbaits, berkeley crankbaits, and much more. but the white 3" Big O has just been the best for me. Even better than all my lipless crankbaits too! The 3" white Big o is a lure for any kind of fish in any kind of weather condition in any depth of water. And this can also go for all of the other colors and sizes. It was my favorite it is my favorite and it will always be my favorite. If I can only go fishing with one lure it would be the Big O... It's just the best.
