Drench the clothes I am steaming

Very disappointed in the product and will be returning. The steamer shoots our water as it is steaming, getting the piece of clothing wet so it can't be used on any fabrics that are impacted by water.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Possible Hazard

Possible Hazard: Controls are on the same side of the device as the steam outlet. User can't see the steam on/off button or temperature indicator and control without looking towards or into the steam. I can't speak to performance or durability, since I did not use it on clothing.

WGot a dud. Return policy is horrible.

The first one I purchased was faulty. Kept getting hot but no steam no matter what I tried. Apparently CT does not return any product, even a dud. Exchange only. Was forced to get a new one. Since the only returns are for a brand new product never opened, I didn’t even bother opening the second one. Just went back for a refund. Policy makes it not worth shopping here. Not the first negative experience my family has had with CT. It’s unfortunate.
