did an ice test and it was melted by 12 hr mark. Took it camping anyways, leaked all over my vehicle (which is now another problem cause it stinks!!!!), checked the seal multiple times and it was clicked in. Did a test when we got back and watched it slowly leak even though we ensured it was sealed. The lid broke after this trip as well and we are unable to fix it. Dont waste your time or money on this.

Good cooler

Despite the bad reviews we haven't had a problem with this cooler so far. We flew across Canada which took about 14 hours in total with frozen food. When we arrived home all the food was still frozen. Fish and moose meat, gotta love it. Can't wait to do it again!

Cooler chaos!

We bought this product because of it's large capacity and the Coleman brand being well respected. Less than one hour into our camping trip, the hinges completed separated from the lid making it difficult to use. We tried fixing the issue, however the stripped screw holes on the side of the cooler were now too large for the screws that came with the unit. We are extremely disappointed with this sub-par product. The poor design is not what we would come to expect from the Coleman brand. Hopefully this product is discontinued soon and Coleman focuses on developing better quality coolers.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The Worst

We bought this because the description said it kept ice for up to 5 days at outside temps up to 32C. We put in an ice block as well as two milk jugs of water which we had frozen. Couldn't believe when we opened it 48 hours later (this was the first time we opened it since packing it) and none of the ice was still frozen. The outside temp was nowhere near 32C. Then we put a bag of ice in and in less than 24 hours, it had all melted. We picked the Coleman brand thinking it would be a quality product. Not so. Very disappointing
