Don't keep the ice cold

Really disappointed in these coolers. They don't keep the ice cold for more than a day.
We had two of the exact same style bought 10 years or so ago. They sealed so much better and kept our ice cold for up to five days. A bear came into our camp and destroyed them, so we had to get new ones. I wanted to stick with what works, but unfortunately these aren't working for us.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good but could be much better--easily

This cooler works pretty well, keeps things pretty cold, but as others have said, the hinges are awful. Mine are already loose, and we've only used it a couple of days. Also, as has been said, there is nothing to keep the lid from falling all the way open, putting even more stress on the hinges. I took one out of an old Igloo that I was throwing away and put it in this one. I will probably glue the hinges onto the cooler before they totally rip out.
A decent cooler, but why don't they fix these obvious problems?
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed

Bought this based on reviews that it kept ice for 4-5 days. I am getting less than 2 days-
It has been on a covered deck for a week and there is no ice left in less than 2 days, just cold water. No better than the 20 year old coolers it replaced, hoping to have to ice down less frequently.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Lid Brackets suck

This item keeps food cool as promised. However, there is no strap or anything to keep the lid from falling all the way back when opened. The screws themselves are also very short. After only a couple uses the screws in ours ripped out of the plastic cooler lid and the metal bracket in back is no longer attached to the lid. We've been happy with our Coleman coolers in the past but are very disappointed with this specific product
