Would give zero stars if possible

I don't normally write reviews, but if this helps someone else, it's worth it. The mattress would not keep air straight out of the box. Topped it back up several times with no obvious leak found, so I returned it after 2 attempted nights sleep. It was for a 13 yr old girl, maybe 85lbs soaking wet. Same your time, money, and frustration and buy something else.

Big hole after two seasons

I purchased this air mattress in the spring of 2023 - it has been used for a maximum of 15 nights by a single person, always with a blanket on top covering the surface.
In the middle of the night while camping this weekend, all of a sudden a hole opened up on the top of the mattress on the seam of one of the baffles. It is approximately 1/2” in length. I slept that evening on the rocky ground. I purchased a patch kit from Canadian Tire the following day and it didn’t not fully seal the hole due to the shape of the baffle and the fuzzy fabric. I spent another night on the ground.
I contacted Coleman customer service a week and a half ago and have had no response. Horrible customer service.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Seams can be particularly tricky areas to repair, especially if the puncture or tear occurs under tension.
While durability is a priority in our design process, given your description and the fact that the mattress has only been used for approximately 15 nights, it certainly sounds like this may fall outside of the expected product performance, and we would like to make it right.
We’re also very concerned to hear that you contacted our customer service team and have yet to receive a response. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are actively investigating why your inquiry may have gone unanswered.
