We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your recent camping trip. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a mattress failure in the middle of the night, especially after such limited use and proper care on your part.

We’re particularly sorry to hear that the seam on one of the baffles opened and that your attempts to patch it were unsuccessful. The plush, flocked top of our air mattresses is designed for added comfort and to help keep bedding in place, but we recognize that it can sometimes complicate adhesion when using standard patch kits. Seams can be particularly tricky areas to repair, especially if the puncture or tear occurs under tension.

While durability is a priority in our design process, given your description and the fact that the mattress has only been used for approximately 15 nights, it certainly sounds like this may fall outside of the expected product performance, and we would like to make it right.
