The product is excellent and well priced. Unfortunately the CT staff were not helpful. They did not even know these flashlights existed. I found them in the automotive section. Lesson - don't rely on CT staff for help.

A: This light uses 3pcs AAA batteries, please check whether the battery install tightly and connected good and no loose. If battery connection is no problem, then we can consider if the PCB is weak soldering/welding to caused blinking.
