The compact storage design is great

We purchased this wagon a couple of weeks ago, it seems well made but when you add weight to it doesn’t pull to well. Wasn’t sure why until I noticed the rear wheels are toed out so that explains it, basically you are dragging the wagon as you are pulling it. So as far as the 220 lb rating you better be big and strong!

We are glad to hear that the wagon appears to be well made. We are sorry, however, that you experienced difficulty pulling it once it was loaded and noticed what appeared to be the rear wheels toed outward.

The wagon is designed to support loads of up to 220 lbs when the weight is evenly distributed and used on appropriate terrain. For the best performance, we recommend ensuring the load is balanced across the wagon and confirming that the wheels are fully deployed and properly aligned before use. If the rear wheels appear noticeably misaligned or the wagon continues to be difficult to pull under normal use, this may indicate an issue with the unit.

Q: What is the point of specifying the package dimensions and weight? We need to know the size of the actual wagon! What a riduculous description for spcifications. What is the length, width and height of the open wagon, when ready in a working state?
