The stick wears off and it became more of a hassle. Maybe it was used error but I'd get a professional to get the right stuff that works for you.

    Questions

    1 - 3 of 3 Questions

Q: Does this product suit to seal car lights against water when it is raining?

    1 Answer
    • A: This weather-stripping is intended to keep cold air out and warm air in a house in a stable location. The pressure that would come from the car’s movement at high speed will not seal or keep water out of any space from around a headlight on a car. It is not recommended to use this product for anything other than it’s intended use.

Q: Recommended product for insulating steel handle If this tape is not recommended for insulating a steel snow shovel handle, what product does CT sell that would do the job? I don't need electrical insulation-I need something that will keep my hands warmer when using the shovel.

    1 Answer
    • A: We do not sell a product specific for this application. If I was trying do this myself I would take a foam tape (i.e. 64-2591) and cut it to wrap around the handle properly and neatly. Next I would take duct tape and wrap it over the foam tape on the handle.
