Q: How can we safely dispose of old unused flares? My flares are about 35 years old, and I got rid of my last car.

A: The best way to dispose of road flares are to burn them, either use them to start campfires in an appropriate outdoor fireplace. Keep in mind this assumes that the flares in questions are in good shape.
