Q: is the battery replaceable?

A: The app will notify you that your Chipolo’s battery is running low and that it can now be renewed. You can easily replace your Chipolo with a discount in the Chipolo app. Repurchase and wait for your new Chipolo to arrive. Connect the new one and remove the old Chipolo from the app. Send your used Chipolo back to the company for recycling in the prepaid envelope you received with your new Chipolo.
