Runs My Whole House

I bought this generator to use with a Generlink plug to run my whole house.
Starts up easily and has no problem running the basic needs of the house - gas furnace, well pump, fridge, 2 freezers and lights.

I run it everyday to charge my batteries, and run my house at the same time, and it is working great! It is phenomenal at maintaining voltage with no spikes or dips! I haven't had the need to use my generator yet however in reading the guide I noticed the gauge/monitor doesn't indicate how much the draw (wattage) the generator is providing? Unless I have misread the manual one would have thought that a generator rated in wattage output would have gauge/monitor that indicates such?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this generator 2 weeks ago before an ice storm and it was very easy to set up and get going. It had a large capacity tank for up to 11 hours of run time which is nice for overnight use. It has enough power to run most of our home as normal. I would recommend this product to someone looking for a generator!

A: Yes. I ran TV, microwave, fridge, gas furnace, stereo, laptop for three days with no problem. Talked to others who have done the same. Champion web site says it is fine to run electronics.

A: This generator can be placed outside in good weather (no precipitation). If you wish to leave it outside I highly recommended you cover it. Also I recommend removable sides on your enclosure so it can be ventilated when you have to operate it.

Q: Now defunct 6500 Watt Mega Force Generac gasoline generator has a power supply cord with a 30AMP, 125/250 Volt plug-in outlet which connected to power supply for my house. Is this power supply cord compatible with the 8000/10000 Watt Champion generator?

A: 30 amp 240/120 plug on champion 7500/9375 generator. Larger generator may have a 50 amp plug.

Q: What generator is this? The description is for an 8000W with electric start, but another customer said they got the 7500W version when purchasing by the same product number, AND the images show at least TWO different generators, one without electric start

A: I am sorry I can't be much help, as my generator is also 8000/10000 but not exactly as the photo shows. The one in the photo is obviously electric start as it has batteries, but I don't have access to the other images.

Q: Why is this generator being advertised as 10000/8000 watts when the actual code only gets you a 9350/7500 watt generator in the store?? I ordered one for instore pickup and was really disappointed in the false advertising.
