great products own 2 generators a chipper and a log splitte

use the units for domestic purposes all work great , recently advised a friend to purchase a champion 2500 watt inverter worked great and was impressed with the packaging my 6500 watt standby generator was purchased in may 2022 sat in the box for 2 years set up today march 2024 added oil and gas unit started first pull !!!!

Best tool in the shed

Bought this generator as back for an off-grid solar system. Worked great right out of the box and, three years and 250 hours later , still doing the job. I believe in Champion!

For backup power, have not had an interruption in 3 years, and did not run engine periodically. My mistake.

Great generator for a power outage.

I bought and used this generator for about 5 days so far. The power went out in town and I was able to run a mini heater, sump pump, Refrigerator, freezer and a phone charger all at once. It ran very well and I got around 8-10 hours of usage on a full 20L tank. No problems and the oil bottle supplied was filled perfectly.

A: Yes you can, but you would need a transfer switch to do it. It was very easy to install. DOD mine and works great. Just waiting for a blackout now.

A: Likely not the electric stove in addition to the above. It will deliver 30AMP on 240V, which should cover your freezers and fridge. You should always connect through a properly transfer switch with appropriate breakers.

A: To calculate this for any machine, use Watts divided by Volts to get Amperage. 6,500 watts at 240V is 27.08A. The 8,125 starting watts at 240V amperage is 33.85A. If you are using the machines 120V outlets, each circuit can provide 27.08A continuous power. There are TWO 120V circuits in this machine that comprise the 240V output. Thank you.

A: For generators that feature automatic idle control, look to our inverter generator line up. This machine will run at a constant 3,600RPM regardless of load, but fuel consumption is still dependent on the size of the attached load. Thank you.
