Not easily programmed

I bought this to simplify having one controller for 2 doors. My attempts to follow the included instructions were not useful. In the end, I had to call Chamberlain support to get the remote programmed.
Once programmed, the remote is super easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was fairly easy to install. It didn't come with paper instructions which would have been nice but the QR code and electronic version worked just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions are given to you online so you can access them on your phone. It is pretty lengthy but that is because it is a universal remote and it covers a lot of different brands and models, so it is helpful. Programming seems pretty straight forward depending on the brand garage door opener you have.

Inconsistent performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this garage door opener but was disappointed. The initial setup was easy as it synced easily with the door but it has a very short range and it was very common for the opener to not work even when right outside of the garage. I wanted to love this but the lack of range and inconsistency made it not much use to me.
