Great wax and easy to apply

If you want an amazing shine without all the work this product is it. Carnuba wax can not be beat for ahine and this prosuct has it but unlike other carnuba based waxes it is easy to apply and buff off qhich makes this whole process one of the easiest to use.

Made paint look beautiful

Made a 2025 CX-5 black look like beautiful. Applied by hand. Make sure you use a good quality microfibre towel. Have a few on hand and switch to a clean one after every 2 large vehicle panels.

  • A: Hi.  I’m pretty experienced at car detailing, and I have never applied a wax to a windshield.  I would use the Butter wax on the paint.  It is an awesome product.  Treat your glass with a Chemical Guys, glass product   Regards

Q: Can this be used with Chemical Guys Hydro Slick?

Q: What is the drying time and is there any cure time with this liquid wax?

  • A: On a nice day the drying time is quite fast. It’s usually dry to the touch where I started by the time I make my way around the car. Not sure about the curing time. I’d recommend checking the Chemical Guys website.

Q: How long does a single application last? Some products last six months, does this as well?

Q: I guess I could always "Google it" but I thought I would get a more accurate answer here. Would one apply a "Ceramic Coating" product over this wax and if so, would you let the wax "cure" for 24-48 hours before applying a Ceramic Coating Spray?

  • A: For best results apply HydroSlick on top of HydroCharge to make the shine and reflection pop even more! You can then apply your favorite Chemical Guys glazes, sealants, and waxes on top of HydroSlick! Just remember to HydroSlick first and wait 2 - 3 hours after applying HydroSlick.
