The set itself is fine but the locking mechanism for the case was broken. Will take it back the first chance I have and expect to be treated fairly. Great set for “ emergency”uses.

Q: socket reducer/adapter is missing from set ...how do I get this

A: Well, the problem is, you don't use the ratcheting nut driver for the smaller sockets and it is not obvious (thanks Certified; I almost lost my eye when the sharp metal I was trying to attach slipped and cut my eyebrow since I had to use an adjustable and a combination wrench). You have to use the bit driver and within the bit set, there is an adapter. Just attach the adapter to the bit driver. Then attach the socket you need.

Q: There is no 1/4 drive ratchet nor a reducer from 3/8 to 1/4. Isn’t there supposed to be someway to use the 1/4 sockets.

A: Insert the socket bit adaptor into the bit driver. Put the 1/4 drive socket onto the socket bit adaptor.
