Absolute garbage of a product.

I am a cnc programmer and operator. One of my tasks is to run a CNC waterjet machine. I had bought 2 of these tape measure. They lasted one week. Within days all the painted numbers flaked off the tape measures. I wish I had a photo to share. With that said I still have the tape measures. Garbage product.

Good Deal

I bought this tape measure for $3 while in the store to buy some work gloves. It isn't the most rugged tape measure out there, but I am using it for personal projects mostly and I don't mind a plastic casing. My only issue is that the locking mechanism isn't well made and seems very clunky. I don't expect it to last forever but it works for me. I'd reccomend it to a hobbyist or DIYer.

You get what you pay for

I've had this measuring tape for about 3 years, in that time the locking mechanism broke, so it always takes two free hands to do any measuring. Also, the metal bracket on the end of the tape has gotten quite loose so it's hard to get an accurate measurement.

I just bought this tape measure for $0.89. I wouldn't waste my money spending anything more on that. I hope to use this tape for quick measurements around the house.

A: The casing of this tape is: 6.7mm tall 6.4mm long (back to front) 3.7mm wide (side to side) Including the belt clip 3.0mm wide (side to side) if you remove the belt clip
