Why isn't zero stars an option?

I bought this to water my newly planted vegetables while on vacation. Instead, I probably ruined the garden all together while trying to setup this kit. First off, there are zero instructions in the box. While I don't think they should be necessary, I must have done something terribly wrong. When I turned on the water, it traveled approximately 3 feet down the hose and drenched one end of my garden bed. The other 12 feet of garden.? Bone dry! It was useless, am returning it to look for an alternative. It is simply not easy to work with at all. I thought that the good reviews was a good sign but I guess I'll learn for the future that "reviews gathered in a promotion" aren't very reliable.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Really Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit was wonderful. We had recently pulled an old drip line out of our yard and this came at just the perfect time to make sure our plants get water. It was easy to set up and works perfectly for our needs.

Q: Won't soak past the first third of the hose. What are we doing wrong?

A: The first guess would be a clog inside the hose which is blocking the flow or a kink. Please ensure the hose be straightened out and free of debris. It also could be the water pressure from home if it still doesn’t work after fixing.
