    Disappointing

    This is a lot of work to use. It requires frequent cleaning out and as a result does not float freely for very long at all. Also, in order to cut the grass thoroughly it is necessary to go back and forth a few times over the area to be cut before swinging from side to side to even it out. On the other hand, it is a great exercise product and I got it at a clearance price.

    I got this last season and I am the first time user of Lawn Mower in the first place. This product is not go great. Especially the grass does not cut, instead it get twisted and tangled with the blades. Also the blades are plastic and not variations. I should have researched before buying this. May be this is only the feature it provides.

    Seul commentaire négatif c est qu' il est impossible d acheter des lamelles de plastique. On en trouve nul part. Canadian tire devrait en vendre aux clients qui ont acheté ce produit. Sinon j aurais mis 4 étoiles facile.

    C'est un jouet ! J'ai été très déçu.Sur la boîte d'emballage rien n'indique qu'il n'y a que 2 petites lames en nylon ! Il n'y a que 2 ajustements de coupe possible. Trop ras ou très long ! La Flymo fabriquée par Noma, avec une lame en acier était beaucoup plus efficace !

    The idea was great to help me due to handicap and age. The assembly was straight forward. However, during assembly the handles on the unit seemed rather flimsy... This got me curious so I checked out the device on line. The following are the results of the search: There is nowhere to get warranty repair, No replacement parts are available for the unit, not even replacement plastic blades. The product distribution company has had a couple of complaints sent via the Better Business Bureau. I decided to disassemble the unit and return it to Canadian Tire. I must add that Canadian Tire have been very understanding and helpful over the return issue.

    Q: My lawn is a few inches long, can i use this mower on longer grass?

    • A: Normally this hover mower can cut 15cm(about 5.9inches) or shorter grass. If the grass is longer than 20cm or more, the machine will work with quite slow speed under heavy duty, and the motor will be burnt.
