False advertising.

These are not adjustable. The product doesn’t match the pictures nor description (other than the picture of the plastic container). The pictures of the cord and ball show an adjustable slider. What is actually in container is just a tied cord. If you want to adjust you need to retie the cord which is not as advertised.

No, I do not recommend this product.
