I have to tell you that I went to buy this once and had to go back to the store to exchange it for another one. Why? Because some awful person had stolen the battery from the box. Maybe they bought it first, confident that when I returned it to the store, no one would notice the theft. The thing is, I had to spend a lot of my time and gas to replace it with a new one that, yes... obviously, had everything. Aside from that, the machine is fantastic, which is why I decided to exchange it instead of returning it. I trusted this brand from the moment my son saw it on the shelf, and on top of that... it was on sale! For my patio, which isn't very big, it works great, and the battery life is just enough to finish cleaning. Tip: Buy a spare battery if your patio is larger than standard sizes.
