Q: Does this burner fit a G50211 Centro BBQ?

A: Yes, this burner two pack will fit the Centro 4000 G50211. The burner pack includes;1 x burner A and 1 x burner B. Your model is a 3 burner, that consists of 2 burner A's (far left and middle burner) and 1 burner B (far right burner). Hope this helps.
