This is a great choice. I bought them mainly because they are waterproof, anti-fog, fully multi-coated. They take no time to acclimate to cold air. I doubt you will find another binocular this size with these features at this low, clearance price. I use them for star gazing and they provide great views of the moon and okay views of deep sky objects. I can see the moons of Jupiter with them. Very glad I chose these ones.

I collect binoculars and these are the best pair ever ... although i have a 7x35 that are just as bright in night time ... the light floods your eyes as you look through these beautiful binos and you'll be able to see so much night sky ... they are so sharp and clear ... i'm planning to buy the 25x100 soon and look fwd to the purchase even when you look through them ... your eyes will be able to look up and down and sideways right and left - there's that much field of view (4.8) ... i don't think you can get any wider .... most bino's have a small FOV (field of view)

I bought these to spot shots for target shooting. I was blown away at the quality for the money paid. It's no Swarovski but it's really a good buy.

Good for starter skywatchers

Great if you are looking to start sky watching. Easy to pick and go. I must say it is bulky and difficult to hold for longer periods so a tripod will be really handy.

I've used the skymaster 15x70 and this ones are way better. They are light for the size. I like that they are waterproof and fog proof, and that they are lifetime free replacement. found them on sale too:) this are recommended for hunting but I use them on any occasion. Definitely a good set of binoculars.
