Great Binoculars - Bit Heavy Though

I bought these for my son a several weeks ago as he wanted to see the blood moon.
Bought them from CT and they initially just sat in the garage, finally got them out a few days before the event and played around with them.
They are a bit heavy but if you can get a good, solid tripod to mount it on then it's not much of a problem.
Used it to look at the moon and found that these work great!
When the blood moon happened, we were ready and they worked flawlessly! Very happy with the purchase.

I bought these for my daughter who loves looking at the stars at night, and they were on sale for half price.
She loves them and when the sky is clear she is on the back deck stargazing.

I picked these up for a quarter of the price they come with a life time no fault warranty. The plastic bolt to attach it to a tri-pod broke on the first day. I could still tighten it. The binoculars work very well I'm happy with my purchase

Awesome binos when on sale

I got a pair of Bushnell that I got for around $100. They are 16x magnification, but the Celestron beats them out of the water. I got them on sale and they kill it. Probably the best binos on the market for the price. Awesome, crisp image. They are a bit on the heavy side, but all the high magnification binos are the same. I would highly recommend these! They are not to be taken on hikes, but they are formidable asset if you're into astronomy or want some good quality. And they come with limited life warranty as well. Do not miss these when on sale!!!

A: The tripod adapter is included, but in the past it has been quite "twisty," which can be remedied by packing the cavities with "Fix-It Stick" or a similar epoxy-type putty.

Q: Est-ce que ces lunettes d'approche sont aussi excellentes pour les paysages ? Je recherche de bonnes jumelles pour les paysages entre autres. Je vois qu'elles sont bonnes pour voir les étoiles mais est-ce aussi bon pour les paysages ou si je suis mieux avec un autre modèle? Merci

A: 15x70 means the aperture of the lenses. 15mm towards the eye and 70mm towards the object. The bigger the apertures, the better the quality. The second aperture needs to be as big as possible, so it allows more light to come in. More light, means brighter image, better image. The magnification is maybe around 20x max I would guess. More than 15x for sure. I got a 16x at home and the skymaster does more than that. And better.
