Well built but be prepared to work for it

This company makes what I think are amazing products. Our two daughters love playing on their 'outside house'. It is solidly built and I'm know they are safe playing on it. The only real issue we've seen is that the colour fades within the first two seasons which was disappointing but not unexpected.

Great way to keep your kids outdoors for hours and safe in your oun yard. very sturdy . just keep in mind the waight restriction. the beam holding swings may curve a little if too much waight is added, but overall, its a very solid product

Q: what is maximum weight this set will hold please, including the individual components? Product #84-0039-0 Each component I suspect has its own maximum weight load. What is the maximum the swing beam will bear also?

A: The Mountainview Resort is geared to children ages 3 to 10 and holds a capacity of 11 users (maximum) with the weight limit of 110 lbs. (49.9 kg) per child. All components are tested for a weight 110lbs, therefore, the swing beam's recommended weight limit would be 330 lbs.
