My bicycle is stolen on May 15, 2020 using CCM BICYCLE LOCK (photo included)

I will give a ZERO. Please customers, DO NOT BUY THIS BICYCLE LOCK. I recently (May 15, 2020) has my bicycle stolen using this lock. As long as it is soft and plastic feeling on the lock handle, DO NOT BUY IT. My bicycle is stolen. Refer to picture on how the bicycle lock was broken.

Good and robust lock

It's a great lock overall. The keys have always worked without a problem so I'm not sure how there are others experiencing problems locking and unlocking the U-lock. Also, I'm not really sure why people are complaining about it's weight. In order for it to be robust, it has to use a dense material (steel) so it's going to be heavy as a result. Otherwise, using an exotic composite material would cost far too much. The only downside is I can't mount it in the frame of my CCM Presto road bike so I have to carry it with me in my backpack. Not a huge deal but they could definitely afford to shorten it a bit.

Heavy lock

this lock is heavy to carry with you with your bike even if you have a book bag this thing will be unwanted additional weight that you have to deal with while biking back and forth and so on, I would recommend this company make lighter weight products for today's average consumer / cyclist.
