No Rat, No Bait

I set 2 traps last night. One trap was tripped, with no bait left, and the other trap wasn't trip, but didn't have the bait in either. Either these rats are sneaky, or the "snap" on the trap isn't enough to kill them.

It broke immediately after it was set. Too flimsy, poor design, cheaply made.

Have Not Had Issues Noted By Others

I agree with Ben below; I've tried both Catchmasters and "the other" brand, and I prefer these. The larger trigger pad has resulted in a higher success rate for me, and I've had no issues with false triggers or faulty catches.

Best Rat Trap I've Tried

I've been through quite a few rat traps now and found this one works the best. The extra large bait trigger area seems to make a big difference. I'm not sure why so many people are leaving negative reviews. Feel free to check out my video and see how well it works.

Very poor product

It may be mine was defective or it may be prepresentative. It does not work. It is very difficult to get the catch to stay in the trigger. When I can, there are one of two results: Bait eaten and the trap not sprung, or the trap is sprung with no varmint in the trap.

No, I do not recommend this product.
