A: It is meant to be used in all 2 stroke engines where oild must be mixed with gas.

Q: they changed the bottle, saying it is now a motorcycle 2stroke oil. is this oil designed for air cooled engine or water cooled engine?

A: Castrol Super 2-Stroke is an API TC rated oil therefore not designed for water cooled engines. An API TC-W3 rated oil like Castrol Super Outboard has ashless additives that help minimize problems with lower operating temperature engines whereas an API TC oil has a low ash formulation that benefits a hotter running engine like a motorcycle engine that runs hot and has frequent throttle accelerations.
