Came broken - The plastic wicker was broken. If it would have been in a place not noticeable, we may have kept it. Also rather small. Could really only seat 3 people comfortably.

very disappointed

instructions are horrible but we managed to put together in 1.5 hours. Disappointing part is the tear in the one piece which we didn't notice until the sectional was all together. Still waiting for Canadian Tire manager to call me back since I drove 1 1/4 hours to pick this up.
You get what you pay for but pieces without defects would be great. This sectional is great for a small space.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We bought our set just after April I’ve only had it outside for two months and it’s already faded it was supposed to be black but it looks like gray now it’s stains I’m very disappointed in that otherwise I love it it’s just that the cushions look really really really old and it’s only two months old

A: Although there are no specific instructions on how to set up the sectional with the chaise on the right or the left, it is possible to set it up either way. The default set up is to have the chaise on the right, if you are looking at the sofa head on. I put the whole thing together and then realized that I needed it set up with the chaise on the left. Wasn’t sure if it was possible but thought I would try, since the product description says left or right set up. I took off the cushions, looked at how it was put together and then was able to see how it could be done. Not hard at all. 1. Separate the 2 main pieces of the sectional: the chaise and the love seat. 2. Take the arm rest off the chaise. 3. Take the arm rest off the love seat. 4. Swap the armrests. 5. Reattach the 2 main pieces 6. Proceed to chillax.

A: The arms play an important part on strengthening the structure of sofa and modifications are not recommended. We recommend the CANVAS Bala Sectional Patio Set, 6-pc, Product# 088-2042 if you are looking for a connected set.
