This bar features neutral-placed grips for comfort and elevated sleeves for less strain on the back muscles. The incorporated feet protect floors from getting scratched and scuffed up by weight plates and help balance the bar while loading and unloading weights. The compact design of this basic trap, shrug, and deadlift bar will take up a minimal amount of space in your home gym. The bar features medium carbon steel bolts with a tensile strength of 74,000 PSI and shear strength of 37,000 PSI. It is designed to handle heavy weight safely and securely with coatings applied that last through the most grueling workout. Use this bar with Olympic weights for weightlifting, exercise, and fitness. It measures 50 L x 29 x 14 inches (127 x 73.6 x 35.5 cm).

Great product. Heavy weightlifting

Great product. My son uses it everyday and puts lots of heavy plates. Easy to assemble but recommend to make sure to tighten up the nuts and bolts. Also, recommend to take the plates after each workout.

good for the price

i'm giving this 5 stars because: the wide (29") reach, which I like. others can be quite a lot slimmer. also i can put my bumper plates without lifting each side, and the fact i bought this locally at an affordable price vs. trying to find a higher end one, shipped (would have been several hundred dollars), which was my original plan. it might not last at a gym, but at home i think it works great. time will tell.
