The Cap Barbell Fuel Performance Plyo Box is made to withstand explosive jumps and speed training. It is a great tool for cardiovascular endurance speed, agility training, and vertical jumps. Built with steel and finished in a blue and black powder coat, this plyometrics box features lasting construction. Thanks to its multi-level design, you can adjust it to three different heights: 14 inches, 18 inches, and 22 inches (35.5, 45.7, and 55.8 cm). Featuring rubber feet on the bottom, this plyometrics box will not scratch or damage your floors and ensure the box stays in place. Besides, this non-slip landing surface ensures your feet will not slip once you have jumped on top of the box. The non-slip surface is 16 inches x 16 inches.

Good buy on clearance

It is good and stable. Good weight so you don’t have to worry about it tipping over. But… It’s got lips where your toes could catch and when you extend it to 22” it gets a little shaky because the legs are telescopic and they aren’t tight male to female sleeves

Excellent value for the money

I love it. Price check against other plyo boxes and this is hands down the cheapest and most robust option. You either opt for a wooden version which requires build time and eventual replacement and takes up more space or individual metal versions. This is the best combo. Solid piece for people of the larger persuasion and does not shift or shimmy. I use it primarily for step ups and weighted step ups and love it.

Great plyo box

This is a good quality plyo box. Used it once so far and it is sturdy. Great value. The top is like sandpaper and very grippy. Installation requires large screwdriver and I used a 10mm rachet (perfect size for nuts). Took me an hour to put together but I took my time. I am tall and at highest setting, my head is very close to ceiling when standing fully upright. Very satisfied.
