It's just right for a beginner like me who doesn't need a bench that elevates. It's reasonably sturdy but not that wide so I'd say it's more a lady's bench

Decent bench, poor follow up service

Bench is pretty good, but it came with 2 defective screws. As per their paperwork, I contacted the manufacturer and they very promptly sent 2 new screws, but of the wrong size. There is only 1 size on this unit.
Contacted them again, and they sent me more screws, and they got them wrong again!
That's why the lower score

A: Do not exceed 300 lbs. as per the manufacturers recommendation, but it could easily take up to 500 lbs.

Q: How much does the bench weigh roughly? Will it have the support to stay up if I lay on the floor, and rest my feet on the top on it, and do crunches?

A: Don't think it's a good idea. Can't even imagine how you gonna do that. Total weight is a bit over 10kg though.

Q: What are the dimensions of this bench? I particularly would like to know the height, because I would like to compare the height to the length of my forearms or arms for rowing movements.
