Q: What are the actual dimensions of this rack? There is no way that it is only 11.5cm in height!

Q: Can I use the Cap Solid Dumbbells for this rack? Or does it only fit the rubber hex dumbells?
5 years agoA: If you look at the picture for the Cap Solid dumbbells there’s a video showing this rack with the Cap Solid Dumbbells on it. I think the only ones that may have issues are the dumbbells with the bars and plates as the plates are a bit large. My weights are squared (not hex) and fit this rack perfectly!
