Attractive outdoor Christmas decoration. My only complaint is that the base is very small. Even with the stakes securing it in the lawn, they fall over in heavy winds.

A: Please check that the adaptor connections are tight and verify using another outlet. If the problem persists, contact Canadian Tire help line. There is a one year warranty on the product.

A: The adaptors are rated for outdoor use, IP44 rating. They should however be protected as much as possible and not immersed in pooling water. Ensure that the connection is tight.

Q: I put my Birch Trees up (second season) and one tree flashes on/off and the other lights continuously. Last year both trees lighted continuously. Is there a way to stop the one tree from flashing?

A: On ours it was a poor connection at the power adapter. Disconnect and clean connectors and reconnect.
