Questions
Q: Did anyone have issues engaging the soft close drawer hinges? The plastic piece at the back of the larger drawer is not engaged with the sliding rail? Should it and if so how?
2 months agoA: I purchased the same item from CTC in August 2025. I had no problem installing and engaging the soft close drawer hinges. They work great as of today. May I suggest that you make sure that they were properly installed by following instruction guide "steps 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 & 21" on pages 11, 13, 15, 17 & 31 of Assembly Instruction. Hope this helps and Good Luck.
