Questionable Delivery

The gingerbread serving tray was delivered to my front door without any paper wrapped around it, no bag or any packaging. And it had something stuck to the bottom of it, leaves, rotten food or dog poo, it was quite gross. I don’t understand why it was left that way, on a doorstep, without any packaging.
