Decent outdoor furniture for the price

If you can get this on special, it's worth it. Not the easiest to put together and doesn't always fit perfectly, but we bought two of these plus two sofas and a table, and we've used them extensively over the past three summers. Wish I had bought the covers however, since putting the cushions away each time it rains is a pain...

Terrible customer service

Put this together fot first time in May and back piece is bent like a boomerang, directions on manual say call Canvas directly but they have not retuned call even thogh i have left at least 15 messages.Went to my Canadian tire where i purchased to find out its discontinued, will not buy Canvas brand again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

You cannot purchase replacement cushions

Our loveseat cushion was destroyed and I am having the worst time trying to find a replacement cushion. Canadian Tire does not sell it, the closest cushion doesn't fit into the loveseat properly. This is very frustrating.

We bought this a few years ago ...the furniture has stood the test of time, however I need replacement cushions now...why does Canadian Tire not sell replacement cushions that actually FIT the furniture they sell???
So frustrating trying to find replacement cushions.

A: I would not leave them outside. Mine rusted, and they got super crispy being out during then summer season. They are scratchy now and very uncomfortable.

Q: Assembly I really like the look of this but I am put off by the reviews saying it is extremely difficult to assemble and the screws don't line up properly. Has this been addressed with the manufacturer at all? Also, how come it is not sold as a set?

A: Worth the hassle. Easy assembly just alighnment issue. The backpiece has metal part that the arms hang on. Then at the sides of the arms - top & bottom - are where the 2 metal loops go together & you put a bolt through. That is where it might not line up - one side will & one won't. We used a backpiece from another box. One backpiece was very warped. Think that is the problem. You can hang the arms on, take a look & know right away if it lines up. You don't have to actually put it together. So before you load it up just open it & try.

A: The warranty from the manual: "This CANVAS™ product carries a one (1) year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Trileaf Distribution agrees to replace the defective product free of charge within the stated warranty period, when returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase. This product is not guaranteed against wear or breakage due to misuse and/or abuse."

Q: What is the best way to clean the cushion covers? Can I remove them and hand wash?

A: Surely the cushion covers can be removed and hand washed. - Please see below suggest way to clean the cushion covers: - - Use a soft bristle brush to clean; - - Use a mild soultion of soap and water. DO NOT use detergent; - - Rinse with clean water. The water should be cold to lukewarm, LESS than 25︒C (77︒F); - - Remove excess moisture from the cushions using a dry towel. DO NOT place in washing machine nor hand squeeze. - - DO NOT use bleach, acid, or other abrasive cleaners on the covers.

A: Keep the cushions indoors when not in use to ensure longevity of use. Fabric colour may fade after prolonged exposure to light.Remove excess moisture from the cushions using a dry towel. Do not place in washing machine nor hand squeeze.
